Re: your questions about Chaos to Calm

Hi Reader,

With the Chaos to Calm sale ending on Wednesday, you may know that this program will help you have a healthier approach to stress, but at the same time, you may have some questions that are holding you back…

Or even some worries, fears, or limitations getting in the way…

I want things to be as clear as possible for you, so I’m going to try and answer the big questions and concerns I've heard:

Who is this program for?

This program is for anyone who is tired of feeling overwhelmed, stressed out, and burned out and wants to take their life back.

I've had students from around the world including married women with kids at home, singles, empty nesters, and missionaries.

I’m already so stressed! And the thought of taking a course stresses me out more!

I get it. I've heard this so many times!

If you relate, I want to challenge your thinking a bit, Reader. When your life is feeling a bit like running a hamster wheel, the key is getting off.

This course will help shift your perspective, so you can break your cycle of stress and get off that wheel.

You’ll save time and energy by joining Chaos to Calm and getting an actual system and process to manage stress and change your perspective, rather than taking shots in the dark or just relying on sheer willpower.

It took me years to figure out how to take care of myself. You can figure it out now.

What is the time commitment?

The beautiful thing about an eCourse is that you can work through it at your own pace. The core of the program contains 12 video lessons and corresponding worksheets...I think that if you commit just an hour a week for 12 weeks, you will experience the bulk of the benefits.

The course material is very accessible...while I do recommend that you focus as much as possible, there's nothing wrong with listening to the audio while you're nursing a baby or cooking dinner!

If you "fall off the wagon" (I'm fully aware that summer is coming up in the northern hemisphere), then no worries! Just pick up where you left off (or start over!). In fact, I've had several students tell me they've enjoyed going through the coursework a second time.

I've never taken an eCourse before and I'm not very technical. How will this work?

An eCourse is like an online school. In this program you'll get videos and audio files of the lessons, downloads of the slides I use in the videos, and printable worksheets that you can access at your convenience. You also have the option to join our private Facebook group to discuss the material.

The program I use to host the program is very user-friendly. If you have any trouble with the technology, you can always reach out and I'll be glad to help.

Couldn't I just find this information online or in a book?

Nope, not like this—the framework I've developed is exclusive to this program. I've read many books and taken classes and even gotten a certification in stress management to put it all together. In other words, I've done the homework so you don't have to! If you want to dig deeper, I link to many of the resources I've consulted inside the course.

I'm concerned about the cost.

Friend, I am a big fan of sound money management, so I don’t want to pressure you into something you really can’t afford.

But consider this: sometimes the best financial decision is to invest a little bit upfront so that you’re not paying much more later. As I shared the other day, I spent thousands of dollars on medical care for stress-related health issues. If only I had known how to manage my stress back then, I would have saved so much.

I am also doing everything possible to make this affordable. I recently dropped the price (previously $147) and I'm also putting it on sale on top of that for just $67!

How is this different from your other courses and your blog?

Chaos to Calm is much more thorough than the content I offer elsewhere; it is a complete system that walks you through my unique stress management framework. I am also highly engaged as a coach in the Chaos to Calm Facebook community and messages from my students; I am eager to help you as you learn the material.

If you enjoyed Choose Rest, Take a Deep Breath, StressLESS or some of my other resources and are eager to go to the next level, this program is for you.

Will this help me with a specific stress/anxiety symptom (i.e. headaches, panic attacks, insomnia...)?

Okay, just to be clear, this program is for educational purposes only and does not replace advice or treatment from a licensed medical professional. If you have serious physical or mental health concerns, please talk to a doctor.

Having said that, the strategies I share in this course are evidence-based, meaning that scientific research backs them up. While I can't claim that this program is going to cure your ailments, you may find that it has some encouraging results when it comes to your health and wellness. After all, stress is a factor in an estimated 75–90% of doctor visits, so managing it well can be life-changing.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Of course! I genuinely want you to see real growth, which is why I offer a generous 30-day happiness guarantee. Simply let me know within 30 days if you’d like a refund, and I’ll give you one, no questions asked.

Reader, if you have any other questions, I am more than happy to help! Just hit “reply” right now and let me know.

At the end of the day, my aim is to make better health, happiness and well-being more attainable for you (mental, spiritual and emotional). I wholeheartedly believe that Chaos to Calm will get you on that path.

Save $30 on enrollment until 11:59 p.m. EDT Wednesday, May 1!

Hi Reader, I'm sitting in my office, alone on a Saturday morning while my daughter is at volleyball practice. Perhaps ironically, I've been coming to work to rest during practice times. My home is too noisy, too chaotic, and here I know that no one will interrupt me. It has given me the space I've needed to reflect and pray... I've been blogging in some form since 2012 (more seriously since 2017). I've written many articles and newsletters, created journals and eCourses, and shared a little...

Hi Reader, A few nights ago, sitting around the dinner table, someone made the light-hearted comment, "Nobody's perfect." My 7-year-old daughter, who doesn't speak a lick of sarcasm, dead-panned, "I am." The rest of us chuckled, because, well, that's funny right? But she continued to look dead serious. We confirmed, "Niki, you're really perfect?" She didn't hesitate but nodded assertively. We didn't correct her. Because who's to say she isn't? She's already battled a lot in her short life...

Hi Reader, It has been a minute or two since I've shown up here. (Unless you're new and just finished the welcome series, in which case...lucky you!) One excuse is that I've been busy. But I also just haven't felt like writing. There's a certain vulnerability required to present myself authentically, and I haven't had the heart or energy for it. It's been a year, you know? I've experienced a ton of change and strain, and I'm plain old wiped out by it all. There have been more than a few days...
